Mr. Ali an Advocate of the High Court and a partner at Kabayiza Kavuma Mugerwa & Ali Advocates. He has 20 years of experience as a practising advocate, specializing in commercial litigation and tax.

He has been a member of the Tax Appeals Tribunal since 2015. He holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Makerere University and a Post graduate Diploma in legal practice from the Law Development Centre.
